At Ayuveda, we value your privacy and convenience. All orders are delivered across India with 100% discreet packaging—no product names or sensitive details are mentioned on the outside of the parcel. Your privacy is our top priority.

At Ayuveda, we are committed to delivering your products safely and on time. Please read our delivery policy carefully:

1. Shipping Time:

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery time is typically 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
  • Customized medicine orders may take 1–2 extra days for preparation.

2. Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) or lower-value orders, depending on your region.

3. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
  • You can track your order anytime using the tracking number provided.

4. Delivery Areas:

  • We deliver across India. Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may face delays or cancellations.
  • Currently, international shipping is not available.

5. Delays & Exceptions:

  • Unforeseen delays due to weather, logistics strikes, or public holidays may affect delivery timelines.
  • Ayuveda is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues promptly.

6. Failed Deliveries:

  • In case of failed delivery attempts (e.g., wrong address or unavailability), our team will contact you for rescheduling.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to origin.

Return Policy

    • No returns/refunds on customized or opened products.
    • Refund/replacement only if product is damaged, missing, or wrong item received.
    • Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.
