• In approved cases, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns are not accepted unless an incorrect or damaged product has been sent by our team.
• If a wrong product is received, customers must notify us within 48 hours along with photo or video proof.
• After verification, a free replacement will be issued. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
